Worship
Sunday Mornings at 10:00
Holy Eucharist is celebrated in the Church at 10:00 am. Come and worship with us. Our communion is open to all baptized Christians.
We have a short healing service the first Sunday of the month after Eucharist that is available to all who wish to come.
Upcoming Activities
Social Knitworking
Our Social knitworking group meets twice a month at the church to engage in hand crafts such as knitting, crocheting, weaving, quilting, drawing, painting, or other crafting. All crafters are welcome to come and join in with the fellowship. Light refreshments are usually available. The next meetings are: October 6, 7-9pm and October 15, 10-12pm for Social Knitworking.
150 hats were sent to St. Paul’s Cathedral in Erie to be distributed at Harding Elementary School, 4 special yarn knit hats went to the Cancer Center in Meadville, 18 knitted dish clothes and approximately 50 hand carved wooden spoons were donated to the Boro Women’s and Family Services
Outreach Opportunities
There will be an Episcopal Relief and Development (ERD) collection being taken up October 18 and 25. You can put cash in an envelope marked ERD or write a check to St. A’s with ERD in the for line. We will be adding $200 to whatever amount we collect.
Donation baskets for clothing, shoes & small household items can be found in the social area to benefit Safe Journey Woman’s Shelter.
QiGong for September 2026
Qigong with instructor Fred Popeski of The Village of Healing in Erie.
Come join us and experience the benefits for yourself in mobility and strengthening. The 5 wk experience, Tuesdays in October (6, 13, 20 and 27 ), 1:30-2:30pm, is only 10$ per class. About St. Augustine’s (“St. A’s”)
We are a mission congregation of the Episcopal Diocese of Northwestern Pennsylvania. The smaller size of our congregation provides many ways to be involved in the life and work of the church. However, if you prefer to just come to church, sit quietly in the back and then go home, we are happy to welcome you to worship with us.
